Supreme Courts don't "argue things" except in the rare case where a Supreme Court is a defendant in another court, such as a mandamus petition to SCOTUS arising out of a state supreme court case.

big coincidence with the government wanting to ban all firearms I'm sure

It was actually a 60 year court case that Cowichan won. Lots of leafs dont know but aboriginal elites have been training in law for 150 years and the elites are very kikey
>>
also a non pozzed BC government had the duty to uphold the treaties. you can't have natives living under the native act without somehow being subject to it even if they are not signatory members. you don't get to pick and choose what elements of a deal you want to uphold.

but it has to get beyond pozzed BC judges that allowed this case to be heard at all. when it was invalid from the start. you don't get gibs and to live on the plantation without following plantation rules.

The Cowichan Case is a game changer because the Supreme Court basically ruled that the crown title system (basically the foundation of property rights in Canada) is invalid and properties were sold in error when they were really owned by aboriginals. LMAO

They need to rip up all these treaties. Abos want everything they have at no expense to themselves and these treaties give them too much leverage.

In bc the issue was that we really didn’t have treaties. So aboriginal tribes fly to England and hire archaeologists to come to BC and do surveys and studies and then they have teams of lawyers (many from elite foreign law firms) argue that those are their ancestral lands.

When i see how our abos operate they are 100x more sophisticated than Brit’s and French who cant even make a case that they are native to their own country.

Which province. And it’s not just “brown people”. Each tribe has their own legal team and many have vast wealth and international teams.
