also a non pozzed BC government had the duty to uphold the treaties. you can't have natives living under the native act without somehow being subject to it even if they are not signatory members. you don't get to pick and choose what elements of a deal you want to uphold. but it has to get beyond pozzed BC judges that allowed this case to be heard at all. when it was invalid from the start. you don't get gibs and to live on the plantation without following plantation rules.
