I'm 32 and been trying to fix my eyesight since I was about 10 when my eyes first went to shit. Nothing has ever worked. Recently my local Crunch Fitness gym got red light therapy in it. I stare into the red lights for 12 minutes every day. I've been doing this for a few weeks now and I tried on my older weaker glasses because I thought my eyesight was getting shitty because my current pair of glasses I couldn't see proper out of them but when I put on the old I could see better. My left eye which was really bad has made massive improvements. Also before I needed my monitor about half the length of my arm close to me to be able to just barely struggle at reading it, now I can have it the full length of my arm away and read it just fine which means now my posture is getting better because I don't have to crank my neck to see the screen up close. Anyways my vision is somehow getting sharper and sharper each day that I keep up with doing the 12 minutes of red light therapy. I stare direct into the lights eyes open. When I get out all white light just looks like blue light but my vision shifts back to normal in a minute and white light looks white again. Any anons that are sick of the glasses jew I highly recommend to try out the redlight therapy it's helping me so much. I also normally get extremely depressed every winter and every cloudy day but I haven't been depressed at all now, which is amazing. A lot of my dark thoughts I had while depressed now seem to make no sense to me from my new perspective. Red light is amazing anons. The machine at my gym looks like this one think it's branded differently though but otherwise identical. Anyways if this works for everyone and I'm not a fluke, it's so over for the optometrist jews.

is there a smaller device i could use for this at home?

Get two red laser pointers and just aim them straight into your pupils. You'll have enhanced vision after 30 seconds. Be sure not to blink, as it prohibits vision enhancement.

Eyeball acupuncture with 48D lasers and TENS stimulation.
What could go wrong?

Sunlight is the best medicine. Get a few minutes of sunlight into your eyes at sunrise and sunset every day and your vision will improve significantly. It's also cheaper than red light therapy.

AI, summarise in 20 words:
A 32-year-old reports improved vision, posture, and reduced winter depression after using red light therapy, recommending it highly.

This actually works. Make sure to use a high wattage laser pointer to ensure full restoration of your eyes.

this is the same thing as being out in natural sunlight
in summer when i am out in the woods and lakes i get like 20/20 crystal clear vision and can see details in the distance
when i go back inside under artificial goy lighting i require glasses

RLT cannot reverse myopia. Myopia is caused by the eye being too long. This happens over many years, and sometimes people are born that way. It's not a big fucking deal, dude.

>>519797244
you can just go sit in the sun or buy yourself one of these old quartz lamps
russians and people in the northern regions have them

it doesn't necessarily have to be myopia if you have bad eyesight. I for example have dry eyes + scar on my cornea means that if the eyes go dry vision gets worse and if the scars close up via steroid eye drops your eye sight is improved for 1-2 days until it starts flaring up again. Red light could help in the latter case since it apparently speed up wound healing.

red light therapy is great, but you don't need these ridiculously expensive devices. cool that you can do it at the gym, though. otherwise you can just get the right bulbs and create your own setup. just need to read up and understand the frequencies, strengths, exposure time, etc. not every body part gets the same benefit from the same exposure time, for example.

Emmetropia is caused by the eye muscles being in a relaxed state. The human eye will switch out of emmetropia and go into hyperopia and myopia throughout the day. The issue is when your eyes don't return to emmetropia, then you have problems with your eye muscles and/or mental state.

Everyone should go read Horatio Bates' stuff.

ive been using a $150 one to promote collagen growth in my face. it came with eye protection that i've been using. i looked into what you're talking about ages ago and it seemed the jury was still out if it would help or hinder. my vision is something i do not fuck with unless i'm sure.

i want to believe though. doing it without the eye protection is scary as fuck desu. even with it on my vision is kind fucked up for a bit colorwise like you mentioned.

>red light therapy is great,
Would this be acceptable treatment?
>>
>>519809960
obviously yes (who would've thought the Sun produces more light than some bulbs?!) and one should get sunlight daily to for a low dose of the entire spectrum, but it won't give the highly concentrated and targeted effects and isn't an isolation of certain light bands. that's what the latest research is focusing on. for example, *most* patients in a study were able to stop taking their thyroid medication entirely and replace it with red light therapy to treat their hypothyroidism. you can't do that by just sitting in sunlight.

Lol, I've been there a bunch of times, it's really shady at night especially in the alleys, but during the day you can see families with small children walking around and nobody cares. One time we saw a giant Asian bodybuilder bitch.

Dunno i would go there really since i m pale as a ghost. I like winter. I like lonelyness it is like a crystal castle and i want to go there it is the other world.

>>519811154
Perhaps you might be right. But I do think that not being in sunlight enough probably contributes to the degradation of ones vision.
>>

>1pbtid
>bullshit health advice
comms or crap?
>>
>>519811290
that's true. a broad spectrum dose is till very good and certain electronic devices are effectively disregulators. sunlight helps maintain a natural equilibrium. we're only now getting a good scientific understanding of how important light (strictly light, not the other things that come with it like heat) is to biology.
tangent but reminder that the mRNA vaccines contain self-assembling nano tech that communicates via light and metal ... shit's insane and they must've been working on it for awhile before its rollout. look into Dr. Ana Mihalcea, she's uncovering all this.

It's the combination of not getting sunlight and bad posture because of sitting (this also degrades vision), and when you combine the watching screen it's a perfect formula for disaster.
>>519812897
I haven't been with them, I just have walked passed, last time my gf wanted to see them and we took a stroll. I'd say 35% of them are hot and the other ones are either sad or look weird.

Limited hangout. The science of it is legit. Look it up. But near infrared light is available in a campfire. They want to sell you expensive machines, so they push it like this.

they make hats that plug into a USB because apparently red lights can also stimulate follicle growth. you could just put the hat on your face
>>

Couldn't you just make your monitor that color and get the same result looking at it? I do understand that red light therapy works, but why do people buy specialized products when everyone has a large screen tv at home?
