I hope you have your affairs in order leaf-frens. Carnigger is dropping his budget on Nov 1st i believe, he's expected to have somewhere between 60 - 80 billion dollars of deficit spending. I would not be supprised if the raiting agencies (moodies, fitch etc) downgrade our debt that same week. Capital is gping to flood out of canada at that point as the currency devalues and unemployment soars. We've utterly fucked up any kind of trade deal America for at least 12-18 months so the tarifs are here to stay.Welcome to the suck, pic rel was $70 today.
I'm afraid the only solution is an additional one trillion Indians

>>519808320Cry harder. Canada gdp-debt ratio is the lowest in the G7, the IMF has said there’s room for debt and expects Canada to have one of the strongest GU growth rates .in coming years (better than the US).Plus, I think I’ll take economic advice from the only guy in the world to head two G7 central banks and some of dumbfuck shit posting /pol/ fag, or a failing conservative leader who’s never had a real job and has to get elected by political equivalent of DEI

>>519809809They removed bags from grocery a while ago, just get a few reusable bag, put some faraday sheet or bag (like 30$ on amazon) on the bottom so you won't beep on the way out. Then as you go shopping, put a few items in there. I reduced my grocery bill by about 30% doing this, do more trips and get less items if you really want to maximize and turn it into a 50% reduction.picrel : cheap faraday stuffing
>>519810144>the IMF has said there’s room for debtoh wow, the international jew fund said there's more room for jewish tricks, what a coincidence!
>>519808320>CarniggerCareful, Anon. Careful! You don't want attention from me. Ease off on the racism.
>>519808320I literally don't care anymore. I work from home, we own our own businesses, and I only ever leave my house to spend time with family. I basically don't exist as far as this pathetic joke of a society is concerned. You can all go to hell and eat eachother for all I care. Accelerate.

>>519812602It’s another apartheid groceryjew thread. Jews must be bored now that they can’t murder babies right now.
>>519808320It feels like groceries are getting more expensive every time I go to the store. I mean, that's hyperbole, but it's not that far off from reality. There's a product I buy that was price locked at $5 one year ago and is now $8. Everything else has increased in price accordingly, that's just one I keep track of because I buy it frequently. Meanwhile, my wages haven't increased at all. Shit's fucked.
>>519809179this. also there's not enough jobs so they will all have to be taken care of and housed and fed at taxpayer expense

>>519816464Never been a war here and the population are decedents of obedient cucks.>still have a king in 2025 LMAO
>>519816464Short answer: bad management, long answer: culture
>>519816464I won't deny that Canada is going down the gutter, but you know Russia has an even worse quality of life, right? not a great comparison.the reality is, having an abundance of resources isn't necessarily a good thing. see the resource curse.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resource_curseactually, it's somewhat of a miracle that Canada has managed to diversify its economy away from resources for so long. but we will succumb to our destiny eventually and become another 2nd world resource extraction colony for the global elite.

>>519808320I don't get the pic desu. I just picked up 10 pbs of potatoes 12 chicken breasts. Some cans of soup since they are great for small meals specially when you add more to them. Some frozen veg. Bag of chips, paper towels. Milk/OG eggs. Bag of onions and garlic. A frozen pie (it was like 2.50) a box of frozen chicken strips for quick meals. Yogurt and bacon. Didn't grab fruit but blueberries were like $2. I'm probably even missing things now but it was in total $35 CAD.
>>519816772Umm, being conservative means conserving the liberal order.Anyways. make sure to keep paying your taxes and taking your vaxes.
>>519817197Oh ya some 50% of bread that I froze and also a small $3 block of cheese (I won't go through a large block of cheese even if its better dollar per gram)
>>519809179jejed
>>519808320unironically the inuit up north are the only people who are totally unaffected by this and will survive the canadian collapse. they hunt seal to survive and live pretty much independently of the federal government. grocery prices never mattered to them anyway when the pic you posted would cost $400 in nunavut.
>>519817830I'm afraid I might have to start eating these guys soon
>>519817197The potatoes I might save some. But the majority I will make into garlic mashed potatoes and then separate them into bags and freeze. So I'll get like 6 side dishes of mashed potato. The chicken thighs I will portion two per bag and freeze them as a main protein for whatever dish I want to make. So thats 6 main proteins. I have a big bag of rice too that I'll use to swap say the mash if I want rice instead. So since I now have 6 main protein meals setup. Guess what. Last week I found a good deal on porkchops. So I already have a bunch of porkchops frozen and ready to be brought out whenever. So I now also have the choice between pork or chicken in the freezer that I stock up on when I see good prices. Increasing the variety of my diet. I also have a boat load of different spices. Like I'll make shawarma at home since I love it. All the spices I have accumulated over time lets me set up marinades for a wide variety of dishes. Pita bread is always super cheap the lebanese pitas are usually like $1.50 for a bag of 5 great for shawarma. I just make toum by hand in small batches when I want it.I also have stuff like dark/regular onions sauce. Mirin. Oyster sauce. I have Kimchi in my fridge for about a year now. Also gochujang for when I want to do korean fried chicken. Great for sauces. The point I'm trying to make here by saying all of what I do. Is simply to put in perspective how acquiring a larger repitoire of meals. And stocking up on things that last long, but since you have variety and don't go through them as fast. Allows you to pickout what you need to make good food when it becomes cheap. If you alqays eat the same things. AND you expect the same things to always stay the same price... well then that is dumb...
