Gotta commie out for a little I think we should cap wealth and assets at maybe 200million. And then recycle it out into the state again to build back better and offer a social safety net for the people who just can't get along. Put a committee to it as a means to prevent crime before crime becomes the opportunity. Children should be taken from their parents if they don't go through mandatory parenting and guidance meetings maybe 1 every 6 months or 4 times a year once per season. Could even be in school. To stop crime before it becomes habitual in the child's life attack at the parents. It should be something subtle inside the systems where the child and parent meet not with the teacher but with a federal or state officer of welfare and children services. I'm really more focusing on parents being neglectful of children leading to a life of criminal habituation and I believe that if you put a small stop in early it would prevent a snowball effect of problems later. I don't believe children can commit crimes man I think the effect should be passed off to the parents more so and there should be a reeducation and protections center in place to help facilitate proper growth and communications in a facility that acts as a society within itself.
