After two years of them bitching at my brother he finally said it wasn't worth the money and he left. I guess some mexican crew ended up picking up the contract and the lawns are just shit now and they are probably going to walk. The HOA leaders yard looks nice though. She unironically thinks men are trying to scam her too because we think she doesn't know what goes into the labor and equipment and what everything should cost just because shes a woman.
