>It isnt a bug, lol. They know what they are doing. They are basically using all of our computers for their computations. Probably for AI. Why buy more server farms when you have 4 billion computers you can tap into for free without paying the electricity for it? The reason it isn't mainstream is because Facebook is a CIA/Darpa founded company. DARPA's "lifelog" program was ended the day FACEBOOK was founded. It was a government program to track all americans. Some dude's answer on the internet. It makes perfect sense, though. Every time I use Facebook, my computer fan is running like my CPU is up to 130 degree temperature. Everything lags and my whole computer is just focusing on Facebook, and I use a $2500 laptop with great specs. And Facebook has been like this for years and years.Don't kid yourselves. The billionaires are billionaires because the government sent the money their way so they would institute technologies and programs to enable absolute government control of the population: Musk, Facebook Kid (I forget his name), Bezos, Gates etc. All are government toadies, well rewarded for their role in ushering in the coming techno-totalitarianism.https://www.reddit.com/r/facebook/comments/houm9a/can_anyone_help_with_why_facebook_is_using_100_of/PS I don't have a picture of Facebook Kid saved for picrel, so have Musk instead. Same idea
its actually just jewish credit score sold out to indians
>>519818848outlook.com does this too
>>519819268How does that make Facebook use 95% of people's CPU nearly every time someone logs on to Facebook? (Seriously, check your CPU usage rate when using Facebook Messenger. And it's been this way for like 10 years, or since whenever Facebook Messenger was rolled out. And Facebook besides Messenger is laggy as fuck too and drains the CPU.)
>>519818848Faceslop is not a useful invention but predatory, like owning a casino.Musk only used his dad’s money and then government money while buying titles of companies. He never “made” money.
>>519819503how do magnets work
>>519819653This is about a lot more than credit scores. How does Facebook even compile credit scores? It's not a credit bureau. This is about outsourcing the 5th richest company in the world's computing expenses for AI onto the company's users, then using all that computational power for spying and control. Building techno-totalitarianism is the reason the billionaires were hired by the state and made into billionaires.
>>519818848>great specsWhat processor?I dont use Facebook, I did find on an old laptop running a 2 core processor my CPU usage was 100% watching youtube videos, I couldn't fix it or find the problem on windows so I installed Linux on it and that fixed the problem. Part of me thought the laptop could barely run Windows 11 and that was the problem. You should be able to get information on what the CPU is doing when you log into facebook, i wouldn't know what to do with it but other people would.
>>519820052Some I9 thingy with 14000 whatevers. I am no tech person, but I know the thing is very advanced for today's laptops. Plus 128 gb ramI bought it refurbushed, otherwise it would have been $4000+ Of course the hard drive is SSD and I think it's 2 TB
>>519819947CPUs are actually the least effective silicone chip for AI, GPUs are far more effective and then Tensor Processing Units are far more effective still. Modern GPUs have some TPU cores but you can get dedicated TPUs for machine learning. That's why it seems like Nvidia doesn't care about gamers anymore, because their main business is TPUs now.
>>519820307You mean an i9-14900HX?That's a beast of a processor man, to be hitting 100% cpu usage with that something is seriously wrong. Have you logged the 100% usage or are you just basing it on your fan speed?
>>519820307>>519820728I gotta go but thats 100% usage over 24 cores, 32 threads at 5.8ghz. At least the 8 performance cores at 5.8ghz. https://www.ultrabookreview.com/20056-core-i9-portable-laptops/You shouldn't be seeing 100% cpu usage even during heavy gaming, even if there's a 4080 in there too.If you can be bothered I'd do a fresh Windows install and see if that fixes the problem. Theres obviously something seriously wrong. I use ghostspectre which is a lightweight version of Windows 11. I've used it for years without a problem but I've heard some people claim it's not as secure as Windows. If you dont want to do a fresh install then do a scan with malwarebytes and check for any missing or corrupted files with file checker.https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094eThere's just no reason why you should be hitting 100% cpu usage using Facebook.
Instagram has the same problem, especially stories. Meta is definitely doing some fuckery under the hood. I honestly think it's just them obsessively trying to curb bots, scrapers, and AI with bloated cryptograph solving authentication bullshit. A few years back they had an insane problem with handing out automatic 24 hour suspensions for you simply BROWSING in a suspicious way like opening too many tabs or using download programs. The suspensions stopped but the site performance just kept getting worse and worse.
>>519818848Never attribute to malice what can be attributed to incompetence. It's just pajeet frontend developers spamming useEffect() out of either laziness or stupidity.
>>519818848any more from you and I'm sending the gangstalkers around
>>519820728It's not 100% on mine, I am sure, but the fan kicks on constantly and the thing gets hot. And all I read from other people on this topic is they have the same experience, and have logged near 100% CPU usage, while using Facebook, especially FB Messenger. Something is very messed up in this picture and the only explanation I can think of is FB is outsourcing their supercomputing to their multibillion user base. But FB only lags like this on desktops and laptops, not on phones. So there's that to consider too.
>>519821553Also, I just had to update to Windows 11 yesterday when I got a popup prompt to do so. FB is lagging as badly as ever for me still.
>>519818848>laptopHave you tried cleaning your shitbox out?
>>519823260useEffect is the antichrist
>>519818848Whats up with websites buffering tens of gigabytes now? I let my youtube playlist play for an hour and the damn site is taking up 15GB of space! Do indians not understand buffer overflow problems?!?
Not that they wouldn't some shady shit, but my pc cpu doesn't fucking heats up at all when using goybook
>>519818848Discord spikes it to 100% as well upon startup
>>519818848>da fan runsyou can actually see the percentage of cpu usage your web browser is using and in most browsers you can see how much cpu usage a specific tab is using.>DUHH DUH FAN RUN SO IT GO 100!!im not even saying this theory is wrong. im saying there are ways to prove things and not look like a stupid nigger.
>>519818848I'm glad I never fell for the kikebook psyop.
