Checked. My trying, in part, was applying myself to investment research. First major success was turning sub-1K into over 30K. One asset is holding well and set to either let me retire early or at least provide a sizable amount to scale into early retirement level funds.
Would've already made it if I were a bit more daring a short time ago but all that shipping lane stuff had me play it too safe as someone inexperienced with investing. Still, pretty good result for just doing less gaming and more research.
