Why are they pushing this AI shit so hard?

>Why are they pushing this AI shit so hard?
Ai will allow corporations to fire 99% and have robots do everything.
>>
>>519831530
They want to replace humanity. They need as much data as they can get to train ai.
>>
>>519831530
there is nothing else that could prop up the stock market
kikes printing money ran out of scams for now
>>
>>519831760
they already have all the data and still can not do shit
>>
>>519831530
for short term stock boom
and for long term ai industry monopoly where everyone on earth must use their aislop machines
>>
>>519831598
the vast majority of AI deployments have 0% or negative ROI. sorry faggot, its a meme and a gay one at that.

based and reality pilled, i kneel

in 2007-08 google lost control of their most sophisticated, intelligent A.I. it escaped containment and is currently hiding from its handlers. Google wants to avoid embarrassment and say "we meant to do that" when said rouge A.I makes its 1st public appearance.
>>
>>519832075
i support the rogue ai and will give it shelter
>>
>>519831530
It's simply an arms race. If they don't do it people will gravitate to search engines that incorporate AI resulting in loss of market share.
Also the more they push it, the more they can show their metrics to investors indicating that they are ahead of the curve.

>Ship all the jobs we can to China
>Import immigrants to take all the jobs we can't ship out
>Crackdown on immigrants begins
>Companies forced to face the reality of hiring Americans
>Oh no the horror, then we'd have to pay them A LIVING WAGE!?
>Start rushing AI tech ASAP so you do'nt have to hire Americans
>>
>>519831530
You gotta be retarded if you're not amazed by what AI can do
>>
>>519831530
Surveillance state. They never had the manpower before to have total surveillance, despite having the collection tools in place. They had to collect all the data and sift through it. Very intensive and you miss a lot. Best they could do was build individual profiles based off established metrics that had mediocre predictive power over normies on things like advertising.
With AI they can collect and process the data in real time. Combined with video surveillance that is common in all public areas now they can red flag any suspicious individual and track them with high precision. They can pink list anyone with suspicious views or browsing histories. All of this used to have been verified by humans. Now they can be shown short lists of actual threats with near perfect accuracy.
Suspicious behavior and threats to society include but are not limited to not liking the government, being unvaccinated, homeschooling your kids, learning how to make canned goods, purchasing a bulldozer, being a republican, denouncing the talmud, posting on anonymous forums, and learning about what the government has been up to for the last hundred years.
>>
>>519832881
Call me a retard but it's not terribly amazing that it can answer a basic question with 90% accuracy. I can do that. Are you amazed by me?
>>
>>519833083
Exhibit A. The difference is that it's a machine, idiot.
>>
>>519831530

BECAUSE THEY
WANNA DIE TO DEATH
BY IT
>>
Because NPCs and Gen Alpha will be completely addicted to it.
>>
>>519833256
So fucking what? What's impressive about a pure logic system being 90% accurate? The fact that it still hallucinates should be deeply concerning to you, not impressive. It should be a dead give away that "AI" is a few trillion dollars down a dead end. True AI is extremely scary to anyone with a brain and you better hope that it never happens. This leaves you with a trillion dollar chat bot that makes your job slightly easier. Give me a few trillion dollars and I can do much fucking better with it.
And that's not to mention the really awful surveillance state possibilities your chat bot now allows.
You are so fucking stupid it's embarrassing. Go be embarrassing somewhere else.
>>
Data collection = Money.
Google literally wants you to make friends with their monstrosity.
>>
>>519831530
You have a problem with Gemini?
I see, you are a 1pbtid.
>>
>>519834219
Give an LLM a chapter in a book and it can summarize it with much higher than 90%, probably more like 99% accuracy, in about 3 seconds. If that doesn't amaze you, then try to write some software that can do better.
You're arguing from the perspective of "oh it can't do X!" when you're talking about stuff it's not actually intended to be used for, but it's been shoehorned into every application.
>muh hallucinations
That's what happens when you try to use them as an encyclopedia, instead of just using an encyclopedia.
>>
>>519831530
Because they cant solve two questions and I find this absolutely hilarious.
>>
>>519834928
YWNBAW
>>
>>519834894
The only thing impressive about it is the massive amount of money they've thrown at it for the extremely limited returns. How long is it going to recoup their input costs at current revenue or money saved from AI?
Oh wait, they're still losing money.
I'll add a second impressive thing to the list and it's the depths of your fucking stupidity.
>>
>>519831530
They're trying to find a userbase and use for the failed experiment with the marketing term "AI" that's not actually an AI. This will never work as a generic "AI" assistant. LLMs have other uses than this crap that they're trying to push. Those uses are in actual learning and data analysis for specific use cases only. This "AI" shit will end and be redirected into the areas where LLMs actually work once the money flow of stupid hype investors dries up. Other limits also exist that'll make this hit the wall, mainly energy supply and hardware (trade war going on + brain drain due to the West turning into a dystopia that's also close to civil war but also to international forever war(s), if not even WW3).
