any advice for someone in my situation? I've thought of relying on notepads or ai to organize my thoughts. but it all seems so depressing.

Hammering.
You take hammer and microbreak the facial bones. Over months you shape it as you want. Just be adamant and small hits not to hard, few hundred each night and in 6 months you will be like a chad. Best is big hammer but precise and tempered hits.
