Why did they threw away any hope of achieving decisive results in regard to England?
they thought building up an invasion force to england would take so long the soviets would build up a big land army in the same time.this soviet army would be unbeatable.the solution was to attack the soviets as soon as possible. it was believed the resources of the soviets would guarantee victory over britain.
