I think NASA is merely a PR service, actual agencies are on the case I am sure, probably f all they can do about it though.
This dimension, this time, this area of space, all that we are able to perceive with our primitive senses, is nothing more than a miniscule part of an infinitely complex food web, an abysmal island of human understanding in a vast sea of time and space. We are not but phytoplankton, cattle, servants, or bargaining chips to the myriad of other things that notice our little ant colony. We are dealing with entities who evolved outside of 3 dimensional space. They are not carbon based, they don't have conventional organs, they don't hunt for sustenance or rely on chasing dopamine. You can't "fight" them, they are not 'born' and they do not 'die', they don't bleed. They traverse through time as easily as a human walks and communicate using 'organs' and other means we can't fathom, you would simply call it telepathy. Sight, touch, smell, hearing, taste all rudimentary introductions to the millions of other senses they use to navigate through a myriad of dimensions. I don't want to discourage anyone, if we could take sticks, especially our atomic ones, and beat them to death as we did to so many cousin tribes of humanity of old I would be all for it. But there is no "winning", there is no war to have. Essentially we are ants trying to understand how a cell phone functions, microbes in a vast ocean surrounded by infinitely more complex fauna and flora.

Here is the long and short of it all. “Greys” are biological androids inhabited or “piloted” by alien beings from other worlds for the sake of safe research on our planet. They represent a government of thousands of worlds, the largest known civilization in the universe. “Reptilians” are the old aliens of a now dead Empire (mars, moons of jupiter etc.) whose inbred descendents still rule earth from the shadows. The Greys have mobile construction sites under the Oceans where UFOs and UAP drones are created by both terrestrial and non terrestrial materials for the constant studying and monitoring of life on earth, they act as zoo keepers or park rangers. The Reptilians and Greys are technically at war, a cold war of sorts. They have a few high valued members trapped here and have a plan for full scale rescue and rehabilitation in about 5,000 years. Earth, quite frankly, disgusts the greys, or more specifically, the higher species that inhabit them while they are working on our high gravity hell hole. Earth is a prison planet for conscious souls, a conglomerate of billions of species from across the galaxy inhabiting the bodies of slightly evolved apes and reincarnating nearly infinitely to feed the Old Reptilian Empire (Both spiritual loosh, and physical andrencrome). Thoughts and feelings stripped away, we are all literal shadows of our former selves, our true lives and personalities reduced to deja vu and whispers. We are a dumping ground for the galaxy's unwanted. Political dissidents, extremists, radical artists, old tyrants, defeated generals, and even “jesters” or “comedians” have been trapped here since the first conscious thoughts of humanity. We are living in a world literally ruled by the most radical and insane beings in the known universe.

Nasa was specifically set up to deflect the truth about ayys. Thats why its call not a space agency. Its shut down cause they aren't going to be allowed to lie about it this time.
