I lived in Japan for an extended period of time, and I never heard of adding miso paste to scrambled eggs. High heat kills the majority of the flavor in miso, even boiling water will ruin the flavor and aroma. You are supposed to add the miso to the dashi base only after it's cooled a few degrees. A frying pan is going to be too hot, albeit if you go slow, some of the miso will still have flavor. Maybe if you add it right at the end, I dunno. I just know that Japanese people aren't regularly adding miso paste to their eggs. What they add to tamagoyaki is dashi.

The Mexican food consumed in the US is Tex-Mex which is an American invention. African food is garbage. Indian food is made of feces. Europeans and Asians invented pretty much all the good food in this world.
