the wall exists long before trump does it not, it just has gaps in it through which people pass through being smuggled by the cartels, law enforcement is not perfect but if they could stop the influx of drugs going into america from mexico they would partially fix their country and ours, I wonder why it is the case that american political discourse rarely covers that subject, the fact that cartels smuggle tons of drugs into their country.
