For example, in 2023, Lithuanian Railways transported over 370,000 tons of oil products to Kaliningrad, of which 345,000 were LUKOIL products.It should be remembered that the blockade of Kaliningrad had been designated as a sort of red line for Russia, as it signifies the deliberate distress of Russian citizens living in the region surrounded by NATO countries.
