Stop eating
There is no secret, or special method

I was never a big fat guy but i started to get kinda chubby so i lost 60 pounds the old fashioned way: calorie counting and portion control
>>
>>520488283
I went from a few pounds too chubby at the end of grade school to being rail thin by middle school.
The answer was major growth spurt and skipping meals. I wasn't trying to loose weight it's just that everything tasted gross.
>>
>>520488283
Diet and exercise. Also try to get good sleep.
>>
>>520488283

no grain carbs
humans evolved eating meat, fruits and veggies for millions of years
grains only the last 10000 years and our bodies cannot process it as easily
>>
>>520488283
Moderate diet and training. For men it’s good to lift heavt and exert yourself, even if only for 30 min 3x a week.
>>
>>520488283
Cut out refined sugar, eat whole foods, walk more. Theres nothing magic about it just be consistent, if you fuck up start again
>>
>>520488538
>bro doesn’t know we’ve been processing and extracting refined carbs from roots and wheat for 100,000 years

Don’t conflate domestication of wheat with “we never ate carbs before this”

It’s just diet and exercise.
>>
>>520488283
Stop your body from producing insulin spikes by having low gi food. When you have a spike you also have a crash which makes you want to eat more and the cycle repeats. No, complex carb grains are not low gi. Nor is rice or potato. High fat foods though are very low gi
>>
>>520488283
Dr. recommended morning fasting, which is easy enough to do.
On weekend I've been able to push it to 22hr fast if I wait to eat until dinner. Not doing anything else anyways.
Also, I have the "lazy" superpower. I'm simply not willing to get up, drive, shop, drive, and go get some ice cream or etc. If I don't buy it it's impossible to eat.
>>
>>520488283
Easy:
>Drink water instead of flavored drinks
>dont frink alkohol
>start to eat vegetables and fruits
>count your calories

If you add to this physical excercise you will loose weight super quick
>>
>>520488538
>humans evolved eating meat, fruits and veggies for millions of years

Modern humans are only ~300k years old
>>
Fasting and (almost) just eating meat. Lost like 80lbs, 12 more to go to goal.

you know what's interesting actually is Asians have a gene that breaks down grain carbs that Europeans don't have, that's why most of them can eat rice every meal and stay thin
>>
>>520488283
It's easy to lose weight, for me at least, the whole "calories in calories out" is a pile of trash.

1. Cut out all processed sugar, try to eat healthy, nutritious food with adequate protein, fat and carbs.

2. (the hard part) Slowly increase your activity level, do a very limited amount of exercise, but don't sit on your ass all day, at least try to do some kind of physical activity regularly.

You will lose weight so easily that you will probably eventually need to eat a little more than usual sometimes just to keep your energy levels up.

Try this for a month or a few months and see how it goes.

When you lose weight, your body cannibalizes itself. Losing weight is unnatural. Don't even try to be more active. Just eat less trash, eat more nutrient dense food like liver.

>>520488538
Fruit and veggies contain carbs, your post is a half-truth, there are of course problems with eating too much grain, gluten in particular.
>>
>>520488283
Eating way less. Cutting out carbs as much as possible. Doing cardio every day. I didn't worry about strength training too much since I do enough physical shit otherwise that I'm satisfied.

Spirits have less calories than beer - still a lot though
>>
>>520488283
As others have said, stop eating. You want some chips? Have celery? Eating big breakfasts? Replace it with an apple. You'll feel like shit initially as your body grapples with its new energy intake, but you eventually get used to it. Work out too. Lift heavy. Find ways to be active throughout the day. If you're trying to recompose (lose fat and gain muscle) aim for most of your food to be fruits/veggies (low cal low glycemic index if possible) and leaner proteins (fish, chicken). You can cheat once in awhile. If you're deficit and routine are good enough you can even cheat 3 times a week although that will slow you down.

t. 30s, Finishing up a full recomposition, this is all based on my own experience

Ok fair enough, but some people live to be 120 even eating grain, i do agree too much grain is usually bad for you. But everyone is different and you should observe your body, Mongolians for instance usually do well on a heavily meat oriented diet, since they adapted to it.

Went from obese to ripped in one year with my own improvised version of the atkins diet 15 years ago. Bacon + eggs for breakfast. Steak and spinach for diner. Nothing else, every day, didn't eat anything else for a full year. 0 grams of carbs. The trick is 0 carbs and eating the exact same thing for a year, u get so sick of it you'll only eat what you need. I could still get drunk too vodka contains 0 carbs. You'll go from fat bastard to ripped in a year, you'll never feel hungry, you'll feel energized but expect excruciating pain from kidney stones.
>>
>>520488283
Exercise and cutting carbs.
Most people in modern world full of goyslop have early onsets of type 2 diabetes, one of the symptoms includes sugar cravings due to lack of glycaemic control and hormone imbalances. No matter how much I starved myself thorough the day I'd always crash in the evening due to glucose spike.
I cut carbs for keto and lost like 15 lbs in 1 month, 30 lbs in 3. Then I returned to more balanced diet but stayed away from sugary shit and meals dominated by carbs.
>>
>>520489019
Yes, but i don't think anyone needs to necessarily remove all grain 100% of the time. There are also different types of grain.
>>520489023
I think even beer is less fattening than processed sugar, depending on the dose, I could be wrong though.
>>
>>520488283

to remove immediately just use lipo and do it in south america

for maintenance

1. berberine
2. lugols 2% iodine potassium 3 drops
3. apple cider vinegar with pure juice, lemon preferred
4. no snacks in the house

dont listen to the absolute retards who say "just dont eat bro", most users here are retarded and have never heard of a yoyo diet which most of them are doing. always work smart not like how the retards here do it

OMAD
One
Meal
A
Day
Only let yourself eat during a half hour or one hour window each day, fast at least 23 hours between meals.
Drink water (and green/black tea or black coffee if desired) during the fasting periods.
Be intentional about your one meal - make sure to eat lots of protein, at least some fruit, and lots of veggie in the meal. Big salads are useful here.
Went from 202 pounds to 170 in about four months using this method.
It's really tough for the first 3-4 days but then your body just gets used to it.
>>
>>520489262

I prefer to just work a physical job.
Get paid to be fit.
"Working out" in your free time is gay shit. That's your free time. You should be enjoying it.
Work time is the time when you are getting exercise.
Men were not made to sit at a fuckin desk answering emails like the IT cucks in this thread.
I can drink and eat as much as I want because I lift and get cardio from my job.
>NOOO you gotta heckin look at spreadsheets and code I make more money than you!

This is terrible advice. Men need at least 50-60 grams of fat per day for hormonal reasons. Testosterone needs fat. Skinny fags are low test bitches because they don’t get nearly enough fat, it will crash your hormones.

Also you need to get enough protein. Most people can’t diet for shit, they think it’s just putting the fork down.

Easy.
Run 3km every 2 days. Do this for 4 months. Use google maps measuring ruler to plan and measure your laps.
Eat barley/rice, eggs, salad, and meat everyday, and only water.
No juice, no coffee, no sugary shit, NO ALCOHOL.
I don't have love handles/muffintop anymore and I never knew I had abs. Despite doing only pullups and pushups the past 4 years, no cardio but I started having a gut. I started running mid-july, now I'm skinny and ripped :D

>>
>>520488283
I went from 303 at my heaviest to 186lbs.
Currently about 210 and been that way for a decade.
Small sustainable lifestyle changes.
Simple as: Eat less, exercise more, drink water.
To further elaborate. Cut out as much junk food and fast food as you can. Never eat in your car or from a drive through. Never purchase or consume “food” from a gas station.
Start moving your ass around. It’ll be hell to start. Keep going.
Don’t drink calories. Avoid corn slop and sugar.
If your great grandmother wouldn’t recognize the ingredients it’s probably not good for you.
Calories in<calories out.
Don’t fast that’s for retards and your bodies natural starvation response is to pack back fat on when you stop fasting.
>>

I hate this meat envelope I'm cursed to inhabit.
>>
>>520489394
Starvation mode kicks in if you don’t have enough proteins and fats. You can absolutely do one meal a day, but your meal has to be so huge that I don’t believe most people could eat it unless they take a lot of liquid calories. 0.7-1g of protein per pound of body weight (less if you’re a massive lardass) and 50-60 grams of fat total and you won’t go into starvation mode
>>
>>520489191
eat some grapes and have some milk
no kidney stone issue
>>
>>520488283
No one said keto? Keto. Not a fad diet for starters, it’s a state your body goes into where it runs off fat instead of sugar. Have some sugar or carbslop and your insulin spikes and then crashes an hour or two later resulting in you feeling “hungry.”

If you were to eat an entire pack of bacon instead for example, you wouldn’t be hungry for quite some time. The fat actually is what satiates you and tells your brain “enough.” Once you get over the insulin spikes and your body goes into ketosis the pounds start melting off and you don’t even feel hungry.

After going on a big bulk in the work camps up north I went from 200lbs to 160 in a month and a half with keto and intermittent fasting. Didn’t count any calories or work out once
>>
>>520488283
>>520489096
Sorry, I realized you are asking for real and it is not a joke. I am obliged to give a real answer.

You have to reduce carbs to minimal and instead eat ... surprise surprise: fat. Fat is healthy. Basically you have to eat paleo.

What to avoid: grain, potato, anything high in carbs, legumes. Also avoid all vegetable oil.
(Except coconut oil: most paleo people say coconut oil is magically healthy.)
What to eat: meat preferably from healthy animals. Fish. The fat of animals preferably grain fed animals and wild fish.

Fat is healthy because it actually makes you feel full and the body digests it regulated. Carbs on the other hand enter your bloodstream unregulated and they do not cause a feeling of being full.

This is basically it. Food is much more important than excercise and you won't feel good excercising as long as you are ill from the food you eat. If you are a lazy ass like me and still want to excercise I recommend doing "high intensity training" - look it up.

Do your own research do not believe what others including me say without checking real sources and thinking about it whether it is logical or not.

>>
>>520489434
You are simply wrong. Even if you were right, fat people have plenty of fat on their body to use for whatever they need, and the body can make fat if it needs it. Fat deficiency is not a thing.

This.
Even a standing desk job, like a cashier, will help you lose weight.
Counting calories, macros + power lifting, got me down from 29% to 15% bmi. Still had a pot belly, still didn't have abs.
The power lifting was dealing, bench,
then squat and strict press,
+ accessory exercises like dips.
Probably lifted 20,000 total lbs each session, so 10,000 legs, 10,000 arms/chest/shoulders/back.
I use to be able to bench my my gf.
She wound up leaving me after 4 years & immediately after I took her on a paid vacation, for a, literal, Peruvian car salesman video-DJ. She likes the bean dip.

You'd be banned on reddit for asking this. Showing an interest in weight loss is fat shaming. You make fat people feel bad by indicating you have a desire to not be one of them. Most redditors agree healthy people should intentionally become obese to 'prove allyship' to the fat community. There's extensive guides on reddit for thin people to intentionally become obese and prove their allyship to the marginalized community of fat people.

I was always skinny.
But I often do &did intermittent fasting.

Often I just skip 1 of the socially accepted 3 daily meals: breakfast, lunch or dinner.

But some times I skip 2 meals or (more rarely) I even fast a whole day on some weekends.

When I'm too focused playing videogames, watching videos or reading books I feel less hunger and skip a meal.

I eat a lot of healthy veggies, eggs and chicken but I also enjoy eating caloric fast food slop like salami or french fried potatoes on a weekly basis.
So I'm not vegan. Yet I'm very skinny. Never ever fat.

I probably should eat now protein to get muscles tho. I'm way too lean. Maybe I should eat more protein to get more muscular and swole.

>fast solution to weight loss
is a terrible idea, especially for your skin.
Permanent weight loss comes from lifestyle change.
>>
>>520489690
The problem with this approach is that you’re most likely not getting enough proteins. Eating 140-180g of protein is not something you achieve by just eating whatever, especially not in a one hour window. It’s literally more than a pound of meat cooked. If you’re on a caloric deficit and you don’t get enough proteins your muscle will waste away.
There’s only one way to keep a long term cut and it’s getting enough proteins and fat

It’s not like you won’t lose weight on your regime but your body will become weaker too
>>
>>520488283
Try a one week long water fasting.
It requires discipline, specially the first two days, but it will prompt both ketosis and autophagia, and on the third day onwards you won't even feel the hunger anymore.

I am not wrong. 50-60g of fat per day is required for men. Whether a lardass can get that from his reserves I don’t actually know, you may be right about that, but if you want to get to a low body fat percentage you will wreck your hormones if you don’t eat fat
>>
>>520489837
I also think part of the reason I cannot put weight back on is because about 18 months ago I quit drinking and started smoking weed instead. I remember when my brother was a huge pothead in his 20's he had like a Brad Pitt fight club body. it's like some genetic thing were our body burns fat due to still having an active lifestyle but THC is stored in your fat so I reckon my body is burning fat to get THC

>Whats your secret?
Intermittent fasting and cutting carbs (so more meat, cheese, veggies etc while having less potato, pasta, bread etc).

No snacking.

And ofc walking when possible (or biking).
Pro tip is to try to sleep as well (i failed at it, but it helps).

For me, fasting was easier when skipping breakfast.
So dinner at ~18, walk to work and have lunch at ~12.
No food, drinks etc during fasting.
In a warm climate you can ofc drink water.

Do it in a way that you know you can keep up long term no point torturing yourself to lose weight rapidly just to gain it again. Learn to count calories, get regular exercise, have the motivation to do it.
Realistically it is all about a mindset and building discipline. If you do not have discipline you will not lose weight and keep it off. It's not possible. You basically have to reinvent yourself. This is why so many fail when the task is incredibly simple. They are addicted to comfort and stimulation and are not capable of saying no to themselves and aiming for something better further down the track even though they know they will be better for it.

If you eat about -500 calories on your meal you will not lose muscle. This means you have to eat a 1.8k or so calorie meal which is a ridiculous amount of food, so I do agree it’s not quite feasible for most people. But the fact that your way of dieting works doesn’t mean others won’t. I would never do one meal a day because it’s not enjoyable.
Also most people are starving themselves trying to lose weight, the primary cause of destroying your body on a diet is lack of macros, not meal timing.
They think it’s just calories in calories out without realizing that if you get shit macros you will lose all your energy and muscles too. The point of a good diet is losing weight while putting on muscle and having energy all day. 500 deficit with good macros will do that just fine

You don't HAVE to take it for life, it's the fat 'people' mentality that makes you an addict. Just lose the weight either through fasting or glp1 and then you have to change your lifestyle.
Protip: lose weight and before eat meal or w/e snack you fat fuck desire, tell yourself you hate the fat body and pinch that remaining fat flap in the mirror. Hate that former fat fuck. Problem is the metabolic "thermostat" that wants you to get back to that weight, it resets in a year or so. If you can make it for 1 year without gaining weight back, it becomes easy. Be warned, it's a lifelong struggle. Gl hf.
P.s. fasting gives you euphoria when you enter ketosis, your true fasting day (when your glycogen is depleted) is a really fun day. It's hard to fall asleep and you have more energy than when you drink 2 coffees.

Average man can only absorbe about 30g protein in a meal, so to build muscle involves several meals at about 1.6g of protein/kg body weight.
I've tried all this, my way works and you look and feel better while doing it.
All these crash diets involve crash and rebound
>>
>>520490197
No I don't blame them. We have been conditioned as such. Most people are not aware of their predicament let alone posses the knowledge and will to escape it.
Discipline has a somewhat loose definition. Some people take it too far or imagine you either have to be a fat lazy netflix addicted bastard or get up at 3am and do 4 hours of intense exercise every day.
To me, it is the freedom found in knowing I have done what I need to each day in order to continue working towards my goals which gives me the ability to enjoy my free time unburdened by that sense that hangs over you that there is something you are not doing right or something more that needs to be done
>>
>>520490709
>lose the weight either through fasting or glp1 and then you have to change your lifestyle.
Putting the cart before the horse here. If you don't make lifestyle changes, you'll just rebound back into your fatty lifestyle after losing weight with a magic injection. That's how people get 'addicted'.

Absolutely this, losing 0.1 kg a day will eventually make you a healthy weight for life, losing 50 kg in a month will bring you to a healthy weight for a week and should only be done in life threatening scenarios and doesn't even work long term that's why the calorie counting approach is flawed in my opinion, some people have to do it though who have reduced mobility.

You can absolutely absorb more than 30g of protein per meal, on top of that the time to digest a massive meal is way longer than the time to digest a normal meal. It is true and you are right that the amount of protein the body can use to build muscle is limited per meal, but we were talking about avoiding starvation mode, not anabolic optimization. I would never suggest one meal a day to build muscle, but you won’t waste away or crash by doing it if your macros are right

I’ve lost about 20 pounds in the last few months. Literally just stopped eating. Some days I don’t even eat until late, some days it’s a sandwich and chips and that’s it. >>
>>520491145
Yes, that’s what I said. You won’t put on muscle, but your body will still utilize all the protein that you feed it.

Eat whatever you want just do one meal per day and don't drink booze. No workout required. If you're not hungry you're not burning fat. The key is to be as hungry as possible for as long as possible. Eat your one meal in the morning, and go to bed hungry. It sucks but you'll embrace the feeling once the weight starts falling off. I want from 240lbs to a nice twinky 130lbs in less than a year. You can drink coffee and tea but don't put anything in it. Mostly just drink water. I went to the same restaurant every single day for my meal. >go to bed early 9:30pm latest because staying up makes me eat
>nicotine pouches or cigs (only if you feel comfortable these are bad for you)
>no carbs from rice bread potatos, or only once or twice a week
>carbs from peas
>add cheese to stuff for protein (depending on macros)
>water, lots of it
>>
Avoid carbs.
Count your calories, make sure they're below your maintenance threshhold.
The bigger you are, the faster you lose weight. Yes, you're going to have times when you don't lose anything right away, just keep going, it'll start going down again.
Drink more water. Cut out all sodas and juices, yes, even fruit juice. Eat natural.
Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Peppers, Garlic, Ginger, Chicken, Turkey, and Beef.
Sometimes it's okay to eat some carbs, but don't make it the biggest thing on your plate.
Focus on Protein and Fats.
Contrary to popular belief, Fats are not unhealthy, they're good, so don't feel bad about putting a bit of cheese or yogurt on your meals.
Just keep it in moderation.
Get used to measuring your meals.
One meal a day is a solid plan. If you can't do that, do three small meals a day. Always counting your calories so you know what's going on.
You get what you give. Good luck.
>>
>>520489491
and no it's not difficult to combine them, it's just finding the time to do both. I prefer to combine, because I'm already outside and dressed up anyway. You can also just do your resistance and stretches the next day. Running is only 13-15min max of your day so it's not really a muscle-maker.
It's only difficult and you'll feel like shit if you
>masturbate
>don't sleep enough
>drink coffee+run
>run every day and don't rest
your body needs to rest to repair and build muscle, so it recruits all your nutrients to prioritize that. So your hair will not be the priority, and coffee also leeches iron, calcium and protein and is not optimal/efficient if you are running, so it will start thinning because your body is in calorie deficit/'ketosis' and burning fuel. You have to keep in mind, you are training to make your body EFFICIENT.
eating meat and what I listed is important so your body stops getting used to using carbs(white rice, bread, and pasta) for energy and starts getting used to burning the fat, and using protein to supplement your muscle tissue.
Eating strawberries and a banana instead of a bowl of rice will keep you full for a while and thin. Eating rice all the time will train your body to getting used to using carbs as fuel, and when you're not using it, it will just store the carbs as fat. The other way to burn off carbs is to go for another workout but you'll be starving and it's not sustainable for some people who can't afford to eat and train all day. I also rollerblade right after running+resistance so I keep my inner thighs firm and not jiggly and also because I enjoy skating
>>
>>520489938
Eating less works fine for maintenance but I become a grumpy insufferable cunt when underfed.

Actually there is one thing that helps: fill stomach with like a pound of raw cauliflower (120kcal) and 1tbsp (70kcal) of hummus mixed with tobasco (effectively 0kcal) to help get it down. Fart and burp constantly, but the stomach isn't growling. It takes forever to chew all that shit, so good luck keeping to your lunch break. I tried eating metamucil for satiety but nothing seems to beat raw cauliflower.

Not sure how "calorie counting" can be flawed. It's necessary for maintaining a good weight. It doesn't matter how much you exercise, if you eat a ton of slop you're going to have trouble losing weight and keeping it off.

There is no secret, its just hard for most people because they have never done anything with any sort of consistency and dedication out of free will.
If you think about it, normally you only move or do things in real life when told to by someone or society or when there are huge consequences for not doing something, fear.

Losing weight is tracking your calories, eating less, working out. Most NPC cattle on this planet are incapable of doing it because it requires self accountability and control.
>>
>>520488283
no eating honestly and counting calories.

Paleo like diet, no goyslop, minimize sugar, WATER. Eat only when you NEED to eat, not as a matter of meal scheduling, listen to your body, get in tune with it. Resistance training with HIT cardio (min 30 min, target 400+ calories per session) mixed in. Shoot for exercising every other day. Weight lifting is the fountain of youth, DO NOT over exercise. Use a stepping machine for your cardio, keep your hands off the railings, it’s the only machine you can’t cheat, you WILL lose weight if you use one a couple times a week, 30 min minimum per session!!!

I just stopped eating. When I really have a craving though, I eat a bunch of junk food and then puke it out into the toilet.

Once you hit about 15 to 20 lbs lower than your desired weight, you can start eating again, but make sure to take it slow. Eat soup at first and once your stomach can handle normal food again, try to stick to a good diet so you dont have to starve yourself again! Good luck!

Pro tip: stomach acid can hurt a bit so be sure to eat a carton of ice cream before you puke. It makes it easier to purge and also soothes your throat.
>>
>Whats your secret?

Ex-fatfuck here, lost 115lbs in a year. My weight gain was caused by eating out of boredom, something most fat cunts do without realising it. You just need to become self aware and replace snacking with other activities. Same goes with fast food and unhealthy portions of slop.

Secondly, swap your meals to become 90% protein. You'll feel like shit for two days and then you begin ketosis, which in turn stops blood sugar spikes/cravings.

Forgot to mention, get a heart rate monitor of some sort, USE it during cardio. Target 150+ bpm (160 if you can) for your 30+ minute session. If you want to get serious, a lot of commercial cardio equipment has built in HR detection capabilities, you can purchase a receiver off amazon to couple with it and then use the machines programs to target your BPM. It will gradually ramp you up to target HR so you don’t feel like you are going to die and won’t hate the sessions!

Never super fat, but during a bulking phase I started pushing 200 lbs and wasn't happy with it so went on what I call the "Bataan death march" diet.
Basically I hiked 15km every other day over mountains while eating a Japanese diet.
Dropped about 30 lbs in a month.
You don't have to go to Japan to do this but it helps.

During covid I lost 50 pounds/22 kilos and have kept it off and the solution turned out to be simple: More protein, less carbs. Protein satiates your hunger and additionally, your body burns more calories to digest it. An example would be a hamburger meal. Typically, in America, that would be a hamburger, fries and a coke. Change that to a double or triple burger, no fries and water. Spaghetti with pasta and meatballs and garlic bread would be changed to spaghetti sauce with 10 ounces of ground beef, garlic bread but no pasta. Usually a single meal with 50 to 60 grams of whole protein (meat or dairy) is enough for the entire day.

I tried it all until something finally clicked and for me that was a high carb low fat diet, but I’m convinced what you have to do is first of all, move more, and second of all, cut back on alcohol if you drink a lot of alcohol, and lastly, find a diet that you will actually stick to. For me that was high carb low fat, but for some people it’s carnivore, or keto, or fasting, or simple caloric restriction, whatever. At the end of the day, they all work but “compliance is the science” as they say. The key is to find a diet with which it’s easy to comply. The high carb diet was that for me because it was easy to keep my fuck ups and cheats manageable and control cravings. Munching on fruit, jams, jellies, and even candies felt like a major hack. Everyday I hate these high carb simple carb foods until evening and then had some lean meat or fish with rice or potatoes and that was the diet. I still let myself go out but I picked high carb meals, would drink but only have a few beers, when I had one meal off the diet I didn’t beat myself up over it because I was just one meal away from being back on the diet. It just worked. Find what just works. That’s unironically the key.

It's so easy it should be illegal.
Learn to workout, basically get your newbie gains.
Then diet down. Buy Lyle McDonald's books (Rapid Fat Loss) or watch his diet videos on Jewtube (the ones with Solomon Nelson). It's the best, most scientific method.

but yeah, you def need both to work out and understand your caloric input. But it's easy, predicatble, measurable and healthy.
So do it, fag.

To my understanding, If you just care about losing weight not really, most of you kcals come from your basal metabolic rate. IIRC your appetite will simply ramp up to match the ammount you exercise anyways.
However exercise is vital to your health so you should do it regardless. (And for weight loss in perticular it can significantly reduce the muscle loss that accompanies a simple cutting calories and doing nothing. Hey you carried all that extra weight around all your life so you might as well keep the gains (if you didn't don't worry, myonuclear permanence should make regaining it eazier (idk if weightloss/crash diet +sendentarism kills it or not) )

>>520489219

> "just dont eat bro", most users here are retarded and have never heard of a yoyo diet which most of them are doing.
This, also if you do go the crash diet route your mentinance diet should be something you can live with forever. Like if God forces you on that mentinance diet for the next 100 years of your life, you should be happy with it.
The problem is you now need to 2 lifestyle shifts instead of 1.

BTW eat a lemon from time to time and maybe a multivitamin too, eggs do not have vitamin C and if you don't get that from somewhere that means scurvy.

Don't starve yourself.
Eat simple to make stir-fry dishes. Meal prep into containers. I like ikea Tupperware, cheap glass containers with individual lids for sale should you need to replace. Brown/wild rice, vegetables, your choice of fresh meat, onions sauce or other SUGAR FREE sauces.
Whole grain breads if you need bread.
Don't consume candy.
NO POP WITH SUGAR. BAD!
Avoid high sugar foods!!!
Stevia as a sweetener if you need.

Go for a walk every now and then. I'm not asking for a 26 mile marathon, a fifteen to thirty minute walk two or three times a week will do you wonders.

I don't think humans are designed to calorie count except to make sure they're eating enough, and with extreme obesity/medical conditions etc, industrial society has caused obesity imo.

I was 225 lbs, Im now 195, my target weight is 175.

The secret to dieting is to AVOID PAIN. There is nothing that will make dieting impossible than experiencing pain. So the trick is to slow down your intake of food so that your stomach shrinks down and gets used to less food intake. So the trick I found was to just eat enough food to stop the pain and allow you to adjust to eating less food. Once my stomach adjusted I went an entire week without eating anything because my body just got used to living off my body fat. I had to stop dieting for a while because I started feeling light headed and was losing strength. But I am going to get back into dieting again to get to my final weight destination.

10k steps per day. Eating less calories then 1500 per day. I exercised twice a day, just lifting dumbels and swinging katellbells, but after 3 months my elbows and shoulder joins gave up, so I am not doing it anymore. In general you have to exercise, when you are losing weight, because the body is such a stupid machine, that it gets rid of the thing it doesn't use. So it will reduce muscle mass, before it starts to give up on the "precious" fat.
