A gas explosion caused the partial collapse of a three-story apartment building in Russia's Tula region on Saturday, injuring at least four people, authorities said.

A massive overnight Ukrainian drone attack targeted energy infrastructure in Russia's Volgograd region, causing power outages in several districts, regional governor Andrey Bocharov said on Saturday.
