Leading up to Covid years, most companies were playing the "space race" with marketing- unnecessary features, costly designs, and rushed design cycles. They also squeezed the supply chain for the cheapest componentry possible to maximize profits while giving the consumer lipstick on a pig products.After Covid hit, they struggled to maintain a workforce. Some of my clients are Fortune 1000 companies that have thousands of open reqs they cannot fill.
