I doubt Trump is involved, but he has to cover for a certain heavily involved country. At this point noticing is at an all time high. If the facts were to come out that many stars and politicians are blackmailed into cooperation it would be a disaster. There would be no spinning this. But if you just look at the physical symptoms and changes in his behavior recently, and the uptick in cognitive tests and MRI scans for him that they couldn't cover up, him having suffered two or more strokes is the occams razor explanation.
