Trump was never the solution. He was just marginally better than Kamala Harris, who wouldve continued Biden policies and added extra culture war/Jewkraine crap on top. We had warned that they were going to put Trump back in office due to the rising anti-Palestine sentiments on the left, and needed Trump's pro-Zionism to reassure them. He's also probably senile at this point, and Epstein is being used to blackmail him. He's a fucking joke, frankly, BUT, his value was shifting the overton window further right, allowing the atmosphere for nationalist and populist ideas to advance and break the leftist firewalls. The nationalist movement would be better off with a more competent yet also charismatic leader, perhaps like Tucker Carlson, although he isn't perfect by any means. Fuentes is intriguing but has to prove he's not just a shock jock, and has some questionable associations/pederast behavior. Trump is too volatile, but his charisma and ability to speak to the masses/generate attention is also necessary.
