How do you solve the money problem then? My company only has 3 employees. How much of my profit do they deserve? 100%? 33% each?
They make about 75k a year plus benefits. No started with me and it took me 15 years to get here. I bring home about 350k a year, plus maxed 401 and a couple company vehicles.

My profit margin is 20%. Dip into that too much and the employees won't have a job.

Keep in mind, they could go out and start the exact company, but dont. They also aren't lazy commies either though.
