So there is the urgency to it, "good deal, now or never". Depending on the situation they may also sneak someone about back to steal as the guy at the front has your attention. So then they begin work, but do a turbo shitty job. By the time you're ready to call the police / sue - they're already in the next town. My dad never got suckered by them, or if he did, he learned his lesson, he always told them to fuck off
