I'll start:Jani BegThe Khan of the Golden Horde from 1342 to 1357, he is responsible for spreading the Black Death to Europe. During a siege of the Crimean port city of Kaffa, he ordered his soldiers to catapult infected corpses into the city. A bunch of Shitalian sailors became infected, sailed back to Italy, and the rest is, as they say, history. The plague spread from there, and the Black Death would go on to kill over 50 million wh*Toids. Any others?
