America has more Indians than Canada that's a skill issue in the realm of building cities but what concerns me is I always believed French Canadian and Quebec were all Chinese people. India and China are coming in at 1b populations .4-.7 both with extreme disparity between QOL. What shocks me is that not the lack of complaints but the lack of appearance of their Asian/Chinese population. Most white men seem to be either self employed or blue collar around here, so average income level I guess.
