my child's high school is making it mandatory to bring 2 boxes of puffs tissues because they dont have the budget for tissue boxes for the upcoming flu season. kids who dont bring 2 boxes of puffs will get a 0 grade on a regular homework grade. is this legal? they wont accept any other brand it has the be the most expensive brand the stores sell
