Believing in left/right. Believing in nazism/communism. Believing in neoliberalism/neoconservatism. Believing taxation is the price we pay for a civilized society. Believing that the military protects us. Watching sportsball. Drinking Flouride. Not being able to consider an opposing opinion.

In general the ability to think critically, to question official narratives and pretty much everyithing, and the thirst for knowledge and further refining of knowledge, which lets you get closer to The Truth makes you not an NPC. The ability and even the desire to ask questions is considerably stunted in NPCs. The Question (no pun intended) is a metaphysical tool that lets you understand reality. Questions are dangerous because they lead to truth, and truth is dangerous to those who hate truth.
