Predatory States such as Vermont, Massachusetts, Hawaii, California, New York, Texas, Florida and Rhode Island export $193.4 billion more goods and services to other states than they take in. Untold millions of dollars are literally being funneled out of my State by these parasitic locusts and causing my local community to suffer undo harm with their insatiable greed.
