If you are under 30, you are fucked. I'm older and in bad health. None of this shit matters to me anymore. Both sides, d and r, are the ones culpable for this current shit show. You are not. Good luck and I hope I get to live twenty more years but it's looking doubtful. I fear for you young people's future

"OLD FOOL, GET OUT."
That kind of reasoning is usually called a false equivalence (or false equivalency) fallacy.

It happens when someone claims two sides or actions are “equally bad” (or “equally good”) even though one is clearly more blameworthy, harmful, or supported by evidence than the other.

Examples:

“Both sides spread misinformation, so they’re equally guilty.”

“Sure, one committed fraud, but the other lied once too — they’re the same.”

Sometimes people also call this an “equivocation of guilt” or say someone is engaging in “both-sidesism” — a rhetorical version of the same idea, often used in media or moral debates to avoid taking a stance.

Would you like me to distinguish it from related ones like tu quoque (“you did it too”) or moral relativism?

So close. The reason they're both responsible is because AIPAC owns both parties. Look up AIPAC donations for members of Congress. They work for the ones writing them checks. Citizens United is the ultimate reason we lost this country. As for who is responsible for Citizens United you will have to look that up yourself.

Nah I think I'll stay, like I have been since 2011, faggot. Both sides are their pros and cons, some worse than others and I never will equate the two. Both have done some seriously bad shit, especially in the past 20 years. Open up your eyes and stop being a contrarian faggot. You do yourself no favors
