Nov 2025 is about the same as Nov 2024 for casualties per sqkm so far.
It's 58 versus 63 in 2024 after two weeks of November are gone. The rate of advance is quite a bit slower (725 vs ~500 now) but so is casualty count (46k vs ~27k now) so the price of advance is unchanged.

Couple of things we can deduce from this:
1. Ukrainians have adopted to the 'foggy weather' meta as much as Russians have and are better able to prevent huge Russian advances
2. Russia's infiltration tactics are definitely conserving manpower better than their older style of attacks.

Point 2. is seemingly new from the Russian side as there's been little evidence to suggest they ever cared about conserving manpower.

2024: 431k for 4,243 sqkm for 102 cpsqkm
2025: 364k for 3,621 sqkm for 100 cpsqkm

Any tactical improvement to conserve manpower can only be observed in certain months versus the previous year's but the overall annual effect is basically nothing.
