They should offer financing, 4 weekly payments then anybody could afford a burrito
>>
>>521858033
They must take ebt because it's full of niggers all the time.
>>
>>521858033
I can afford a $12 burrito, but what a waste of money.
>>
>>521858033
Do you think prices ever go down and they just keep jacking them higher and higher until people either starve or grow their own food?

No we are just sick of shit like picrel and it being $20. I use to eat like 3 days off this shit

I'm tired of having to mean mug the server while she is making my bowl. I would rather just go to a taco bell and pay the $6 for their bowl and not worry about it
>>
>>521860074
companies are going out of business. they can't just lower prices out of the goodness of their hearts (lmao fuck off)
>>
>>521860237
Crazy how Taco Bell is actually going to end up winning the fast food wars after all

>>521858033
Sounds like it's their problem to solve, or not and go bankrupt. I really don't give a shit.

Anon I have some good news for you

>>521858033
The biggest problem with Chipotle is that's it's too much food. It's $12 starting, but it's more than you should be buying o begin with.
>>
>>521858033
Speaking personally, I am on an income based repayment plan for my student loans because, of course, the economy is shit and I can't make as much money as my profession earned before health care went to total shit. The new income based repayment plan they put eveyrone on takes double what the last one did so that's an additional $600 out of my paycheck that I was living on, now going back into a failing government.

Good goy debt slave.
>>
>>521858033
I buy an avocado every three days and have beans and American cheese. I make my own tortillas. Then I make a banger of a burrito, + tastes better than Chipotle. Sometimes I add canned tuna and olives to it too. Perfection

if the store didn't have to support a giant corporate bureaucracy and provide dividends to stockholders then it could price things accordingly.
>>
>>521860237
>mean mug
lol what kind of passive aggressive zoomer rage is this?
just say “more rice please” or “more meat please” and if they give you attitude or say it’ll cost extra just keep letting them build the burrito then leave right as they hand it to the cashier and go somewhere else

How much dividends does Chipotle pay? How many burrito restaurants have you owned and how did you set your prices?

Why should unemployed eat fast food anyway? Even though I can actually afford it, I still don't because it is a waste of money, and probably also unhealthy.
Make them $120 instead and hopefully more people would learn better food habits.

We were all broke after the recession and still found the money to eat Chipotle when they were actually good. They've enshittified their quality, selection, portions, and prices, and you can't even make an online order after 6:00 without them being out of half their shit and just giving you whatever they have. Fun fact, corporate literally told them to stop reporting items out of stock in the app because people just didn't order if they couldn't have what they actually wanted. I also haven't even SEEN one of those brown free entree cards since before the pandemic, they used to hand them out like candy.

fry some onion before you put water in the pot. when it's done crack an egg, drop it in and lightly whisk it in with a fork.
makes it a full meal for like $.35 more

Nah it's just those niggers being stingy. Rice and beans gone up maybe 10% in price since 2019. That's like what. $1 extra on a 50lb bag? Get real.

Yeah now when I walk in my chipotle they know I mean business. The wagie is sure to fill up my shit every time. All the other passive cucks can one scoop. Not me. Pile it high
>>
>>521860462
No they fucking aren't. They're changing up the value boxes and lowering portions while hiking and kiking up prices. I used to get 2 of the 5 layer burritos and a drink for $3 then $5. At that point I switched to the $5 build your own box with a cheesy gordita crunch, 5 layer burrito, chips and queso, and drink. Over the years the portions got fucky, prices are up to $7, and there's hardly any meat. Now they've moved the taco and burrito into the same premium category so I can't pick both, and they're both $5.79 apiece so if I want to recreate the meal I've been eating once a week for nearly a decade, a single taco or burrito will cost more than the meal box itself. If I'm already paying that much for substandard food, I'll go to a local spic stop and get 2 meals out of it for the same price.
>>
>>521858033
It's Doordash's fault. Don't get me wrong prices are absolutely an issue, but doordash is literally the fastest growing brand right now. People aren't going to restaurants because ordering is easier, but doordashing adds like 10 bucks to your order (because whites will tip be default). As a result, you have one group of people who will doordash themselves into debt and another one who will treat eating out at all as a luxury.
>>
>>521867512
>The only cost of operating a restaurant chain is the rice and beans.
Amazing that none of you guys have started your own restaurant and put those greedy fucks out of business.
>>
I hate anything that's a "bowl"
That crap popped up a couple years ago and is just an excuse to serve you randomly thrown together scraps with sauce.
"What if we could sell a subway sandwich without bread and market it to retarded millennials and zoomers as some healthy alternative when really we just want to save 11 cents on bread and paying someone to cut said bread.

Honestly if any of you faggots buy "bowls" of pesticide lettuce with seed oil/preservative "sauce" on top in a styrofoam container you should just die instead.

I live in the middle of cattle country and the beef prices are still insane. Like comparable to seafood even. So I eat a lot more shellfish and pork now. If it's comparable to or cheaper than steak I'll have my shellfish instead. Might as well enjoy some crabs, shrimp, lobster, and clams at that point.

You can in many states. Cali and Arizona for instance allow EBT use for many fast food restaurants including KFC, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Jack in the Box.

this every chipotle ive ever been to is run by three glassy eyed negros who are barely sentient enough to roll up a burrito without tearing the damn tortilla.
