The lion face is so obviously fake, the grandma's jaw, the couch physics, the lighting etc. AI photos are harder but still usually pretty fake, particularly in the eyes and hands. CGI looks better from humans noticing the weird bits too. This scene would be edited to perfect the things I mentioned. Wouldn't be perfect of course, but much more realistic. AI shit is always jarring.
