A quiet island*
*full of niggers
>>
>>522057474
Is that Inishbofin? I was there about 12 years ago and the coasts were dotted with abandoned houses like that
>>
What's the catch?
>>
it will be a remote Ireland where they need a teacher.

The UK and Ireland have a bunch of inhabited by poorly connected islands, there are schemes like this but you usually have to be:

>A Teacher
>A Doctor
>A Family with children that must stay for their whole childhood
>>
>>522057474
They probably don't offer it to non-EU citizens.
Putos
>>
>>522057703
you have to actively engage in the community, not kidding
>>
>>522057474
>$90k
That's pathetic. People underestimate how difficult it is to live in such a place.

You could get the same $90k over five years of collecting neetbux for doing nothing.
>>
>>522057474
How many shitskins are going to be around?
>>
Kind of. The money has to go into repairing and maintaining derelict properties. Also you have to pay up front for the repairs and the state agrees to compensate you post-hoc.
>>
>>522058245
where does one get more information on this? do you happen to have a link to official resources
>>

>>
>>522058121
no you cant
im tired of this neetbux propaganda bullshit. no one is getting 90k to do nothing. no one.

half the neets on this website live with mommy and daddy, not on their own with big government paying for everything
>>
>>522058245
How the fuck do you acquire building materials?
>>
>>522058676
common core math on display here
>>

checked. You dont have EU passport yet argiebro?? lmao
>>
>>522058732
Stack sheet rocks and peat.
>>
>>522057474
Not really, if you own a property with a derelict building, you can apply for a grant of max 50,000, and top that up later with further applications.
They are not paying you just go there, you must buy or own property first.
>>
>>522057777

Can I lobby your government to bring in Africans to lower building costs?
>>
>>522058436
Theyre not being very accommodating for NEEDING a population of people. They probably want to fill it with jeets and niggers.

neat. i guess i'm moving to ireland after the japanese breeding visa expires.
>>
>>522058245
So it's a one time only payment not a recurring yearly payment with a job offer. If it's all straight people and they're just trying to develop and populate the place is move there.

I just get the feeling it's uninhabitable and floods during rain. I'm down Ireland would get on the next flight.
>>
>>522057474
Your not building a house on an island for 90k. You have to ship the materials over.
>>
>>522059601
Nobody wants you.
>>
>>522059755
I don't want nobody that why I go island. Dumb nigha
>>
>>522059554
well you have to move somewhere, only 2% of the foreigners in japan get citizenship, 98% of the rest never get more than temporary student/tourist/work visa or if you're military occupying them
>>
>>522057703
>There are around 30 islands off the coast of Ireland that are that are cut off daily by the tide, are not connected to the mainland by a bridge or causeway, have permanent year-round populations and are not in private ownership.
The Catch
>>
>>522059867
and those are accurate %'s, one of the toughest nations in the world to get citizenship, theyre filled with alot of temporary weebs

They won't bother about me I won't even exist. We usually keep to ourselves. Timmy thinks I'm moving to be around him. It's about the money. The contract is for 10 years I'll disappear after that when bag full.

We don't do lobbying here, just old-fashioned bribery. Slip them a brown envelope full of cash like in the good old days.
>>522059601
The islands are mostly at fairly high altitudes, I doubt there'd be much flooding except maybe if a hurricane hit. The islands became depopulated around 1900 as industrialisation became more widespread and people started moving from remote areas to the cities.

Establishing a "Great Fecalwall" in India could serve as a protective measure for Americans against the rising tide of fecaloid scams emanating from regions such as Maharashtra and Gujarat, where sophisticated fraud operations flourish. Much like China's Great Firewall, which effectively shields its citizens from foreign influence and online threats, a similar "Great Fecalwall" initiative in India could significantly curtail the flow of deceptive practices targeting vulnerable American seniors and other at-risk populations. Ultimately, this initiative could enhance economic stability by protecting American consumers from financial exploitation while encouraging the development of domestic industries within India that prioritize ethical flushing practices. In this way, a strategic "Great Fecalwall" serves a dual purpose: containing the threat of scams abroad while fostering a more responsible digital economy at home.
>>
>>522058732
You'd have to ship it in from the mainland I'd say, cost a fucking fortune. 82,000 wouldn't last you very long lol
>>
>>522060502
What about employment? Will I have to catch a boat everyday to mainland?
>>
>>522060684
There are small towns and stuff on the islands, but I'd imagine they're looking for rich yuppies who work remotely.
>>
>>522060664
Just add a voice message that plays before you could talk when anyone takes an international call.

"THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL CALL FROM AN UNVERIFIED SOURCE PLEASE BE WATCHFUL TO NOT SHARE ANY CREDIT CARD OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. HIT REPORT BUTTON AT END OF CALL IF YOU FIND IT SUSPICIOUS"
>>
>>522060787
The island looks beautiful from the pictures. Thanks for the info anon.

>>522060664
Every bank call here plays that message I'd bet after all these years of scamming you still haven't done that.
>>

Buisness, tech, medicine, alien invasion, minerals, oil, tomahawk steak.
>>
>>522060301
>We usually keep to ourselves
True but the "ourselves" is an ever growing number. I live in Ireland and seeing an Indian man (not the same for women) going out by himself without a cadre of Indians around him is a rare, RARE sight.
>>
>>522057703
>What's the catch?
The government will take a portion of all your labor and use violence to get it if you try to resist.

So, the same catch as everywhere else.
>>

There are lots of paperwork that requires to call your people. It takes too much manpower so corporates outsource it to india to cut costs. Everything from basic customer service to engineering diagrams.

>>522061880

>>
>>522057533
there are often schemes like this in rural ireland and rural UK. you are a warden of the island and have to maintenance of paths and fences and gates and record animal numbers and stuff like that. a Park Ranger for the island getting deliveries once a month and handwashing your clothes. it is for weird couples and lesbians.
>>
>>522057474
if I can grow muh tweed and blaze to Jah everyday lerd have mercay
>>
>>522061418
Anon, they share the same flat to minimize money spent on rent. It's not one guy whose brought his entire family and cousins to Ireland.

If you moved to India a few months for a project that involved europeans you'd form groups and go out as a gang.
>>
>>522062593
>If you moved to India a few months for a project that involved europeans you'd form groups and go out as a gang
To avoid getting raped yeah. Do indians think we'll rape them? If so why don't they stay in india?
>>
>>522061422
thank god
not for the likes of you anyhow
stay in india we dont want you
>>
>>522062593
I did live abroad and yes, I had a couple of groups (mostly non Irish btw) I hung out with but most of the time I was doing my thing: buying groceries, sightseeing, a bunch of activities that are better enjoyed alone. For example, I go hiking and I see other solo hikers quite often but NEVER an Indian. Same when I go out for a pint: Indians are never, ever alone and when they're not alone they're with other Indians.
I think it's fair to assume your people really like to be surrounded by people (possibly other Indians) so yes, no doubt you keep to yourself but we have fundamentally different and even incompatible ways to keep to ourselves. No doubt, maybe you're closer to us than I assume but you can't blame me for generalising bro.
>>
>>522062870
It's because humans are social animals there's a bit of sentiment when you see your kind in another continent. Even introverts will start talking..
>>
>>522063092
I see "my kind" all the time here. I don't give a fuck about them I'd rather go fuck a cute little gook than talk to those perverts.
And your kind is everywhere EVEN HERE well actually I never see you outside of the areas with prostitutes but inside? fuck it's like canada you can't look somewhere and not see a jeet.
>>
>>522058676
I get 33k$ a year doing NADA
Got muh permagibs this year, took forever
>>
>>522057474
i want lumber delivered, a portable generator with fuel so i can run a table saw, hand tools, a concrete mixer so i can do mortar, a solar power bank, a satellite connection, some kind of tent so i can live there before i restore the house, and then when I'm done restoring the whole site I want them to come get all the shit i dont need anymore and bring me a dog.
>>
>>522063012
We are used to that from childhood highschool, college, office -going out on road trips the entire gang. It's a lot of fun many good memories. They go out on 15 bikes(motorcycles) you know 30 odd guys. West should try this more.
>>
>>522063681
Based. Would you like to have some extra manpower(me)?
>>
>>522057474
OK but do they have internet on the island?
>>
>>522062294
that doesn't sound so bad. I could live there with my dog, if they're paying my living costs I'll jog around and maintain the place.
>>
>>522060332
That place looks bleak as fuck and probably one of the ugliest islands. I'd kms rather than live somewhere so barren and tree less.
>>
>>522060332
>1 really big wave and its all over for you
How the fuck do people survive on islands anyways.
>>
>>522065221
>tree less
I don’t know anything about this, but common sense says you can plant and grow them yourself if the soil is good enough to do so
>>
>>522057474
I have questions
1. can I build a new metal roof and cover it with solar?
2. can I set up tall wind generators on my land?
3. does this island have fresh water or city water available?
4. how far is it to the nearest grocery store?
>>
>>522065302
Trees wouldn't do well on that island. It's too rocky and exposed. I don't know why anyone would come to Ireland and go to that island or most places in the west of the country that North Americans seem to visit for some reason.
>>
>>522057792
are there attractive unmarried women between the ages of 18-35?
I'm supremely uninterested in interacting with fat middle aged single mothers and pensioners and underaged people
>>
>>522058245
>spend $400,000 to buy this pile of rubble goy and then $300,000 on repairs, and in exchange you'll get $90,000
>also you'll owe taxes on everything
Yeah they tried this in detroit too and it didn't work there either.

If you want people to resettle derelect areas, give them away for free.

For.
Free.
>>
>>522065488
