one bump from oblivion I think there are two main things. Journalistically the generational divide comparing demonrats to republichads. And then what to do with a lame duck president. Because absolute worst case scenario thats what republichads are facing for the next 10-20 years. Worst case scenario. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
They definitely have a disadvantage in national elections and obviously state-wide elections in very red states but the democrats always show up big time for their local and state candidates. Republicans can’t find a decent candidate to save their lives on the other hand.
