The way it's most likely going to be "stopped" is via digital IDs for posting online. People are going to willingly opt in if it's to escape the bots and third worlders. Then you'll have scammers trying to get digital IDs by scamming the elderly so they can post online with their credentials but that's probably a problem that sorts itself out because you can just not take old people seriously.
