Yamato Records is 140 year old shop

They just wont quit

https://www.mtvuutiset.fi/artikkeli/onko-tama-140-vuotias-liike-maailman-vanhin-levykauppa-viidennen-polven-levykauppias-iloitsee-levyjen-uudesta-noususta/9259896

They started 140 years ago, by selling classical music records in clay disc. Later it turned into vinyl. Then to laser disc. Then to regular CD disc. Somewhere in between laser disc and CD (which is also laser but a bit different) there was C-cassette.

Today they are back to selling 7 inch vinyls.
CDs are no longer that much in demand. Vinyls disappeared in early 2000s. But now vinyls are back again and all the "more advanced" tech have disappeared.

They are also selling T-shirts. They also sold music T-shirts in 1970s when such a tradition started.

Owner says "longest time we were out of business was in 2020-2021 due to corona officials saying we must limit people who come inside"

Are they really the worlds oldest?
Some research found Malta Records in island in Malta is from 1885. HOWEVER they went bankrupt in 2010. Yamato Records did not.
