There are 274 million working age people in the US. Of those, 171 million have jobs. The other 103 million do not. Even if you exclude stay at home moms, family care takers, and similar people, it's clear there are about 100 million unemployed people who could be working if jobs existed for them. There are currently 55 million visa holders in the US and 13 million green card holders. That 68 million. Add another 30 million illegals (a conservative guess) and you get your 100 million missing jobs.
