Jugaad is a colloquial Hindi-Urdu word that can mean an innovative fix or a simple work-around, used for solutions that bend rules, or a resource that can be used as such, or a person who can solve a complicated issue.

Say you are building a bridge, but want to cut corners. So you leave out a few things.
As long as the bridge doesn't collapse or you aren't caught, that can be considered jugaad.

And indians wonder why their country is a shithole? How can it not be any more obvious. Their whole culture is centered around doing the bare minimum and scamming people. They will always be in a downward spiral.
What's worse is they import these people with these beliefs into countries who despise these attitudes.

so when theres a sign by the sink "employees must wash their hands" they fell smug and superior by ignoring it
