you got the hick police in the flyover states, always abuse their power, worst state, Tennessee, never drive through, most corrupt state troopers and police there, have nothing better to do but to hand out tickets and abuse the elderly, always the sheriff is the local mayors nephew or the relative of a judge, you city folk have it good.
i don't hate them, necessarily. but there's got to be something seriously wrong with somebody that wants to make it their life's work riding around and ruining peoples' days/lives.
