Well this can't be blamed on the individual, see point 4, but you cannot find any actual proof of racism or rich people deliberately suppressing them. For the religious leftists, this instead causes them to double-down and invent reasons why 1 and 4 are true, despite the complete lack of evidence of 2 and 3. So they have to invent evidence where there isn't any. Instead of actual racism, it becomes systemic racism. Instead of overtly racist language, they have to start implying racism where there isn't any.
