You don't win by putting in a lot of work up front to set-up a homerun, because that almost never happens regardless of how much you put into it. Most ideas are just shit.You win by investing as little as possible into each potential idea so that when most of them fail, you have minimal lost sunk costs and can easily move on to try the next thing.
