There is a absurd amount of parallelism between all the decadent monarchies of europe, like Nederlands, Sweden and Spain.

Spain was hardly Fascist. It was an authoritarian dictatorship. Franco abandoned any Fascist politics after Hitler lost out of fear of getting shoah'd.
