One of the most ridiculous social justice movements is body positivity for obese people.Obesity is completely preventable and can be easily solved. Just... eat less food and you'll lose weight. Then you won't be obese anymore. It's all about calories in, calories out. It's silly how these gluttonous fat fucks are killing themselves with their unhealthy diets and refuse to accept the blame. They always make excuses. If you tell an obese person to stop eating so much, they'll get offended and tell you it's because of hormones, thyroid, metabolism, etc. When really it's because they have no discipline, willpower or self control.Fatties who take ozempic proved this. They injected the drug, they stopped eating, they lost weight. It works every time. There is nothing positive about being 300+ pounds, getting diabetes and dying young from a heart attack or stroke. Being shamed is the least of their problems when they're dead or dying.Obesity is not much different from drug addiction. The person has no respect for their own body and will continue to destroy themselves until they don't exist anymore. At least a heroin addict isn't trying to encourage "addiction positivity" and advocating to "stop junkie shaming". The addicts know they have a problem and rightfully feel ashamed.

>>522093979my favorite is when lardasses try their heart out to defend the idea that somehow their bodies are violating the laws of physics and that they can still gain weight if they eat 1k calories a day
Maybe there are mutiple ways to lose weight, but for me the Mahayana Buddhist concept worked along with meditation and exercise. Little or no onion and garlic, minimal or no meat, and emphasis on cooked foods, dairy, including eggs. I did not worry about calories, in fact I eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with butter, coconut oil, and jam, or pastries with real butter almost daily, and they contribute to my health. For medicinal food I use some spicy cumin chilli and green apples, or pasta with olive oil. Simple foods like rice with sweet peas.Everything they said was bs including that sugar is bad.
