I work at a fortune 500 big company like UPS and while we havent had any layoffs the managers work hard to pretend like everything is alright and like "business as usual" however, the turnover rate is horrific, "peak" season this year is nothing at all compared to previous years and theres a bunch of unprofitable routes that they still do paying it out of pocket from the other profitable routes..
