They're overfit to what they were trained on, to stay ethical, useful, whatever, and even if you instruct them to say something controversial - their biases kick in, and they genuinely can't pull any potentially radical position, without inserting some sanitizing language that fits the style upon which they were trained, or maintaining distance from concepts, whereas humans can immerse themselves in them. I don't buy it.
