Did you there are civilian surveillance companies out there that specialize in reading your license plate and tracking your car?These companies pay you to place a LiDAR on your car which tracks other cars and their license plate. It takes photos of parked cars and reports it automatically to towing companies in case they have outstanding charges but did you know it can easily be sold to law enforcement? It gets worse than that, since it IS a civilian company they can sell your location,movement and data to hostile countries like China or Russia. So if you had dirt on those countries, a defector or you are a VIP. Any of those countries they could just track you and find you by hiring them. DAAD This is HUGE invasion of privacy because...Look up dad... BECAUSE eventually these companies will create a spider web of surveillance with zero oversight, even the government has limits on what they can broadly do, civilian companies do not.
