Tzeentch and Slaanesh are chaos gods of schemes and excess, however the jeets are neither. No man or woman lusts after theme, which is the point of Slaanesh, want and doing what you want. Jeets do it out of desperation, while the Prince of Lust wants it to be an entirely coercing relationship. Tweentch, being the Gods of schemes would be thrilled with them, if they were smart. While schemeing, they have no real brains to speak of. No scholar among them. I'd argue they are creatures of Nurgle now that I think of it. Not just spreading physical disease, but also spreading rot into the foundation of a society.

However, one clan does not make the entire thing honorable as even among Clan Moors, the skaven will break very easily if facing a dangerous opponent. I am simply comparing them to the Jeets, however I would say I'd rather do business with a Skaven than a Jeet. Never met an honorable jeet before or one with a spine that wasn't just self-grandeur.
