I'd put the computer desk next to the couch so you can get rid of that retarded swivel chair, and in the place of the current computer desk I'd have a cooktop and a kitchen sink and maybe a drop down TV that can fold up into the ceiling with a swivel arm. I'd also get rid of the bathroom sink and get a smaller wall mount toilet. This way you can have more cabinet space and use that little closet by the bed for clothes.
