LOLHonestly tech transfer isn't that big of an issue for china, for example CATL can tell them exactly how to make batteries but no european company would be able to build a similar gigafactory for years.And then they would be completely dependent on the chinese supply chain to make products that cheap and they had to resign themselves to never lead in batteries, solar panels or EVs ever again.
