The New Testament was also written by jews with a personal agenda to subvert the orthodox jewish temple rabbis of that time. That's why "early christians persecuted the jews" meme exists. It was jewish rebels that made up the entirety of the christian population on day 1 of that religion. Throwing fellow jews under the bus who were in the upper echelons of society, who were the religious authorities up until then, was the entire point. It gave them cover to push the cult agenda forward. They literally invented it to replace old Judaism; at the end of the day it's just more Israelite cult slop. That's why every christian leader in charge of the most powerful nations throughout history have insisted upon endless support for Israel. That is the point of christianity.
