>Unskilled labor
In South America shitholes and China-adjacent manufacturing countries, sure. The west won't have carbon-intensive labour at all and thus no unskilled jobs to fill, except for the service sector in cities.

Brother, the NVIDIA gook is building robots to sell them to the Metallurgy industry because those blue collars are expensive as fuck because of how risky those jobs are.

3 fingered robots cannot make 5 fingered robots to work in mines easily. White collar jobs will be automated first.

Yet, yet.
But in 10 years? You're either gonna work as a prostitute or a datatech.

The west will be limited by energy or materials before that, because the west can only mint currency (which everyone else wants).

Service sectors manufacturing spreadsheets and writing emails is the easiest sector to automate using AI.

Weird logic.
White collor jobs can be easily automated because their jobs evolve around things that can easily be digitized: text, images, audio, video.
The next logical extension is already happening, which is camera systems like LIDAR that make the digitization mobile.
In turn, this means only blue collar jobs that have a lot of unforseeable edge cases that need multi-sensorial measurements to detect and can't be solved by human supervision in the intermediary are safe - with the only limiting factor being the cost of mainenance vs. the cost of the wages in some third world shithole.
In short, farming is eventually done, construction is eventually done, ofc mining too is eventually done.

>Service sectors manufacturing spreadsheets and writing emails
Think health care, retail, gastronomy, cleaning, etc. Some of those are bigger than accounting, lawyering (which is around 10% of the service sector in reality) and can't all easily be replaced via automation.

> White collor jobs can be easily automated

No longer does one need to stay in their parents house for 20 years, while earning nothing, if the only jobs left for a brief moment (10 years) are blue collar jobs. Because blue collar jobs like nursing or phlebotomy can be learned in a few months, in small vocational courses. Until even phlebotomy is automated.
