As an American the Aldi chain's existence is a sign of massive decay. It's a chain made for Europe with it's average age of 83 populace. It's not a family grocery store. Everything about it is aimed at singles or couples. The quality is way overpraised as its essentially all generic shit that is promoted as "Euro healthy" or some nonsense. The stores are stocked like a warehouse there is no sense of presentation or care it's like a government aid building. Anyway Aldi's are a sign of death in society.
>>
What store do YOU shop at /pol/?
What is the white man's brand?
>>
>>522131730
Making it yourself from scratch is the white man's brand. All prepackaged foods contain harmful chemicals.
>>
>>522131730
I shop at a bunch of different places but I prefer the classic American grocery chains which are mostly regional
>>
I don't know anywhere else you can find ketchup without corn syrup or onions in it. They also have some of the best bacon you can find in a store like that.
>>
Does U.S ALDI accept nigger EBT? If yes, you are correct, if not, shop at ALDI instead of Walmart
>>
>>522131994
its fine I like their pickle chips it's still depressing as shit to shop there
>>
>>522131477
Aldis is legit disgusting.
>>
>>522131730
costco and occasionally one of the many independently owed mom and pop local grocers. I don't know how southern niggers that only have dollar general and walmart just eat plastic slop all day like subhumans.
>>
>>522131994
literally anywhere, where the fuck do you live.

As a white man myself, I just prefer to suffer the starvation than being dependent on human gluttony like food. That's probably what Jesus would do.

Both Lidl and Aldi refuse to buy anything from the occupied territories (at least in Europe where it's still legal to boycott Israel. maybe burgerland doesn't allow such things). Hence all the threads by "Americans" on here that are annoyed by these fine establishments.
>>
>>522132343
In one of the densest populated parts of the country. There is no corn-free ketchup at the grocery.
>>
>>522131477
Who's paying you? Trader Joe's (Aldi Nord)? Lidl?
>>
>>522131477
aldi was prob the worst of the german supermarkets, maybe alongside kaufland, the only people who shopped there were poors
>>
>>522132461
I don't like Lidl either but they are basically just clones its worse than McDonalds and Burger King we don't have any Trader Joe's near me

just say texas and I'll believe you, they're keeping you good goys fat for a reason. I can get like 10+ types of goy slop free ketchup in my location, my friend even buys imported polish ketchup, from local stores, because it has less sugar for his kids.
>>
>>522132435
that's good but what does it matter if they buy from Israel
>>
>>522131477
I’ll tell you a little secret.
Aldi and Lidl are government operations to keep the poor masses fed cheaply, to keep them from being upset.
Official story is, that Aldi was founded by the Albrecht brothers and Lidl/ Kaufland by a guy named Schwartz.
The thing is, nobody ever saw these people, nothing is known about them.
A couple of years back, some journalists tried to track them down to make a documentary about them, but were subsequently threatened by government officials and agencies to better mind their own business.
There are some stories about food companies who asked questions why Aldi and Lidl could sell their products for a cheaper price as they paid for it.
Also, payment came at least once from a government account.
Welcome to covert communism.

>Lidl and Aldi refuse to buy anything from the occupied territories
You mean Israel? The founder of Lidl is a huge zionist. He's not Jewish but a zionist.
Both stores would be grilled here if they would say we boycott Israel

I shop at Winco. I got a 16 pack of burritos that was only $2 more than the 8 pack at Safeway.
>>
>>522133483
What amounts of ketchup do people consume to make the sugar in it relevant?

Feinkost Albrecht has superb quality for the bucks.
>>
Private label is a good thing. Whatever keeps big grocery from having full monopoly of the market will always be a positive.
>>
>>522131477
American Aldi's are garbage. I went to one in RI.
>>
>>522131477
it's 25% cheaper than walmart for the same quantity of food, and it's actual food. For the same amount of money you can buy shitty Walmart Barilla noodles or authentic Aldi Priano noodles.
Just look at the color, do the taste test, you'll never buy Barilla again, it tastes like quick dried nutsack.
The same is true for the meats, Aldi meats are higher quality. All of them are. Walmart gets their meats from Tyson which is run by indentured south american slaves who butcher your meat like a bunch of imbred hacks, and Aldi meats are high quality.
You'd think Walmart would be cheaper, but it's not.

>>

Wegman's. It's somewhere between Target and Trader Joes in terms of quality.
>>
>>522135355
wegmans is pretty nice when I visited raleigh
>>
>>522131477
Do you really imagine that Lidl and Aldi in the US spend the money to ship in corn flakes from Germany? Most of their own-brand stuff is made in the US by the same factories that make big-brand corn flakes and the like
>>
>>522136435
it's not so much about the food but just the entire experience, some of their stuff is ok some of it is bad but you don't have any choice or extremely limited, the packaging sizes are usually small too so the value is obscured and you don't have anything to compare it to in the store, the store is run very lean too so the old grocery store model as a place that employed people in the community with stable good jobs is gone they don't even need a break room, I don't know it feels like a dehumanizing model for a grocery to me but I see why it is appealing to some
>>
>>522131477
>THIS'N YUROPEEIN GROSSER
>THIS AIN'T A GORSH DARN TOOT'N FAMILY GROSSER!!!!
but walmart is?
>>
>>522131477
I am pretty sure Aldi and in general European chains are the closest urbanite mystery meat amerimutts come to organic foods.
>>
>>522131477
>The stores are stocked like a warehouse there is no sense of presentation or care it's like a government aid building.
Mutt finds out the definition of a "discounter". You go there to buy products for a good price and fuck off. Nobody is dwelling there for hours
>>
>>522131477
aldi and dollar general are part of the great reset and 15 minute cities. get used to their selection because thats all you will have access to

The point of it is to be as cheap and streamlined as possible.
>>
>>522135355
I just found out recently that Aldi and trader Joe's are the same company. I don't have either near me so idk that shit

Trader Joe's seems interesting but not like you get daily grocery there. Heard Wegmans is good and has a good store brand.
>>
>>522137161
Dumb nigger we have more shops then US. There’s Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Netto, Rewe, Edeka, Roßmann, DM, Norma, Kaufland, Selgros, Metro. From Discounter to huge supermarkets
>>
Dude, Aldi is the bottom of the barrel discounter in Germany. Only poorfags and immigrants shop there. The notion that this quality is superior to what you're usually getting is laughable. Holy shit.
>>

More importantly: you can still find small shops that source their products locally and regionally. If I have the choice between spending 1-2 days driving from one small shop to another to stock up fresh, high quality meats, produce etc and spending an hour buying nutritional blanks coated in industrial waste and other hyperprocessed slop, I'll always opt for the small shops. What I spend in time and money I save in terms longterm health, independance and support of buisnesses that deserve it.

I usually get my potatoes and onions and eggs from a local farmer. It’s cheaper when you buy in bulk. Get yourself 10kg of potatoes and store them in a dry and cold space and they will be good for months
>>
>>522138201
>It’s cheaper when you buy in bulk.
Yes. Not everything lasts as long potatoes unfortunately. I am currently looking for a butcher that offers properly dried/smoked meats and equipment to do it myself at home.
